The number of sessions needed varies depending on your condition and individual response to treatment.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I do accept HSA and FSA cards.  I can provide you with a receipt you can use for reimbursement if your insurance allows.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long is the initial evaluation?

The initial evaluation will be approximately 90 minutes.  The evaluation will consist of discussing your injury/symptom history, work and exercise habits, and functional testing to determine your range of motion and identify pain points.  You will also receive your first hands-on treatment.

What should I wear to my treatment?

Since the treatments are specific to the upper body, what to wear is quite simple:

Guys: Shirts off

Ladies: Wear a sports bra, a tank top, or some other loose-fitting top.  Contact with the skin is necessary.

What is Peak Injury Treatment Method?

The Peak Injury Treatment Method is a specialized approach that identifies and breaks down adhesions in soft tissue, restoring mobility and relieving chronic pain at its source.

Do you offer payment options for treatment plans?

Yes, the details of your payment options will be known after your problem is evaluated and it is determined that I will be able to help alleviate it by recommending the necessary treatment plan.

How do I know if a Peak Method Provider can help?

If you have any muscle, joint, or nerve problems, then you are a good candidate. This is what we do best. If other treatments have failed or you haven’t reached your maximum level of improvement, then you are also a good candidate. Peak Method practitioners focus on finding and fixing Scar Tissue, which is a difficult problem to find and even more difficult to fix. Our trained providers can help with this problem as it is not extensively trained in most Injury treatments. Our type of care is unique, so all potential new clients will need to complete the comprehensive consultation and exam. The consultation is approximately 15 to 20 minutes,  and I will briefly discuss your case with you to determine if you are in the right place.

How long are follow-up treatments?

Follow-up visits are approximately 30 minutes. The goal of any treatment is to get you back to functioning as well as possible without pain and limitation, so you will be given specific guidance that you are expected to follow if you want the best resolution to your problem. This is a team approach—not a passive one.

How long does a treatment plan last and when can I expect pain relief?

On average, a single region of complaint (i.e. shoulder) can reach a full resolution or maximum improvement in an average of 12 visits. Peak Method practitioners typically see sustainable functional changes, that are measured, within 1-2 visits. Most clients begin to feel sustainable improvements in pain within 2-3 visits.

Are there any other treatments that can do the same thing?

The short answer is not exactly. There are many manual and instrument treatments that seem similar from the client's perspective, but the proof is in the results. Sustainable improvements in pain and range of motion are the unique differences that give you results.

What are the benefits of your treatments?

Decreased pain, inflammation, stiffness, and nerve symptoms. Increased flexibility, strength, and function.

How is this different than regular massage?

Unlike a typical massage, my treatments target the root cause of pain—such as scar tissue and movement restrictions—using advanced techniques like Peak Injury Treatment Method and Primal Reflex Release Technique.

What is Primal Reflex Release Technique?

The Primal Reflex Release Technique™ treatment system offers an innovative combination and application of techniques that facilitate rapid “neural reboot.” This neural reboot resets the neural control of joints, muscles, and fascia to release joint restrictions, trigger points, and fascial restrictions not unlike when you reboot your computer.
