Please fill out the New Client Intake Form emailed to you at least 48 hours before your session.
Scheduling and Payments: Prepayment is required for all appointments. You can conveniently schedule and pay for your session via the online booking link. If you prefer to pay for your session via cash or Zelle please call me at 850-750-2289 to schedule.
- Cash payments must be dropped off at the office within 24 hours of scheduling to confirm your appointment.
Appointment Changes: If you need to cancel, reschedule, or modify your session, please call or text 850-750-2289 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be charged in full for any appointment changes with less than 24 hours notice or if you are a no-show.
- Please note that your session is only canceled once you have received confirmation.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive up to 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, you will receive the balance of your session time. All sessions will end on time. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be marked as a no-show and charged in full.
Gift Certificates: When booking an appointment with a gift certificate, please provide the gift certificate number. Gift certificates are subject to all scheduling and payment, appointment changes, late arrivals, illness, inclement weather, and refund policies.
Illness: Fever, vomiting, and diarrhea are contraindications for massage and bodywork. Please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule if you are experiencing any of these symptoms. You must be symptom-free for 48 hours before your appointment.
Inclement Weather: If inclement weather closes Okaloosa County Schools and you cannot safely make your appointment, please call me as soon as possible to reschedule.
Therapist Emergency: If I need to cancel your scheduled appointment due to an emergency, I will reschedule you as soon as possible. As a token of my appreciation, you will receive a 50% discount on your following session.
Refunds: All sessions, including those paid for with a gift certificate, are non-refundable.
